Khalil Rener is the founder of Ridgeflow Performance, a management and performance consultancy that brings lessons from elite sport into the workplace. He has delivered leadership and team development programmes for organisations including Oxford International Education Group, ASICS and United Airlines, helping people build stronger teams, navigate change and perform at their best. With a background in sport, business and leadership development, Khalil makes his sessions practical, engaging and relevant to the challenges people face at work.
