In this energising 2-hour session, we support managers and aspiring leaders to understand what high performance truly looks like within their teams—drawing on lessons from elite sport and high-performing environments where clarity, wellbeing, and teamwork are non-negotiable.

We’ll explore how to build shared goals, align values, and foster a culture of accountability and support. You'll leave with practical tools for managing conflict, improving communication, and sustaining engagement—not just during peak moments, but day in, day out.

Whether you're leading a team through pressure, growth, or change, this session helps you lead in a way that brings out the best in your people—where performance, wellbeing, and motivation go hand in hand.

We’ll also tackle the deeper drivers of engagement and retention, helping you spot hidden risks of disengagement and build everyday practices that strengthen purpose, belonging, and recognition. Whether you're leading a team or influencing culture from within, this session equips you with the tools to make culture a strategic advantage—something you build on purpose, not by accident.

You’ll learn how to communicate change in a way that builds trust, motivation, buy-in, avoid common missteps that slow momentum, and support yourself and others through uncertainty - and ultimately to sustained positive outcomes. Whether you’re leading change or simply living through it, this session will leave you better equipped to stay engaged, adaptable, and focused on what matters most—together.

We will also cover aspects of resilience and ensuring you and your team are set up to be their best during potentially challenging changes.
